안녕하십니까

CND 관리자 입니다.

오늘은 다양한 MSI를 이용한 간 손상 평가 대한 내용을 소개하는 시간을 가져보겠습니다.

간에서 약물의 해독 과정의 결과로 Drug induced liver injury(DILI)가 유발될 수 있고, 대표적인 약물로는 amitriptyline이 있습니다.
이 연구에서는 amitriptyline을 투여한 수컷 랫드의 간에서 Matrix assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization-Mass Spectrometry Imaging(MALDI-MSI)를 이용하여 amitriptyline, 지질, 담즙산을 분석했고,
조직학적 검사로는 Oil red O 염색과 MSI를 시행했습니다

그 결과로 amitriptyline을 투여한 간에서 drug induced macrovesicular steatosis가 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었습니다.
