안녕하십니까. CND 관리자입니다.
오늘은 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) 환자에서 immunohistochemistry기법을 이용하여 M2 마커를 검사함으로써 COPD의 발병기전을 연구한 문헌을 소개하려합니다.
본 연구에서는 중증 COPD 환자의 폐에서 CD163, CD204 또는 CD206의 과발현을 나타내는 대식세포를 입증했습니다. 이러한 결과는 CD163+, CD204+ 또는 CD206+ 대식세포의 차단이 COPD에 대한 실현 가능한 치료법일 가능성을 높일 것으로 기대되고 있습니다.
