in vitro 3D 모델은 2D 모델에 비해 in vivo와 더 유사하다는 점에서 현재 전세계적으로 주목받고 있으며 독성 평가 모델로서 유용한지 규명하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 추세입니다.
